Cooking Instructions

•GNOCCHI-from defrost 400 for 30 mins

•”veal” SAMMIES-toast bun, in pan heat up tomato topper, cook fillets at 400 for 20 mins

•PHYLLO CUPS-BAKE AT 400 for 5 mins, spoon in filling

•POGOS-bake at 400 for 10 mins

•PITAS-mix slaw and let sit for 20 mins, cook celeriac beet tray for 30 mins at 400, add pickled veg to pitas

-BOWLS-add cheese to empty bread shell, bake at 400 for 10 mins, gently simmer soup and add to bowls, rip and dip 

•FLATBREADS-in a non stick on medium heat sear each side for 3 mins, dip in pasta sauce

•BOLOGNESE-cook noodles, gently simmer sauce, spoon over soba noodles and sprinkle on micro greens
